H1B approval with a denied COS, chances of stamping at hyderabad
I travelled to India while my H1B petition was under process and abandoned the "COS" so it(COS from F1 to H1B) got denied but my H1B got approved and I received the i797 with no i94 information attached to it. Now I am left with only option to go to the Visa interview but my H1B was filed as an "in-house" project.
What are my chances of getting it stamped without a 221G with an in-house/internal project?
If I get a 221G for my H1B would I still be able to enter the US on my F1-OPT which is valid until June 2017? (Also, confirmed with my school that my SEVIS has not been updated as my COS got denied)
