Greetings:
My previous H1 with my previous employer A was revoked by USCIS on 12/6/16. My new employer B has filed for H1 transfer on 12/1/16 under normal processing (not premium). My I-94 is still valid until 12/2018 which was based on employer A. However, I have not received the H1 Receipt# for employer B yet although it has been 16 days now. My question is should I worry about the receipt # not generated yet? This is because I read several blogs and I found out it does not take more than 7 days to generate a Receipt.
