Both H1 and L1 individual got approved and employer wants to send it on L1
Hi friends, I am from India and my employer filled both L1 individual and H1B , and my H1B application got picked-up in lottery and even approval notice also sent to my employer in the month of Aug 2016.
Also my L1 individual got approved in the month of Nov 2016. Now my employer asking me to go for L1 stamping and they are not talking about H1B stamping.
I have got few questions like
1. If i will go for L1 stamping, what happens to my H1B approval?
2. If i want to switch job in USA ,then i need H1B sponsorship and what is the possibility of shifting from L1 to H1B ?
3. Any check list to keep my H1B visa active?
