Hi ,
I was married 2 years back and my wife's only intention was to get into US .She came on h4 because her f1 was rejected twice . Then I was planning to go to india for sometime .She and her parents starts planing how to stay in usa .So she applied in colleges and F1 visa without even letting me know and then went to her college with support of her brothers in usa .I tried to call and reach her ,she never reverted and now when i filled for divorce she is not even traceable and changing her address again n again and not giving me divorce too .Is there way i can declare in uscis that they used be for visa purpose as they are not letting things to resolve peacefully .
