New proposed H1B Visa rules
Hi Friends,
I read an article in the Economic Times yesterday that a bill proposing stringent H1-B visa rules like raising the minimum annual pay to USD 100000 and removing the US masters degree exemption of 20000 from the H1-B cap has been introduced in the US Congress.
My question to the experts is : Will these proposed changes be passed and implemented into law before the next round of H1-B cycle that is going to begin on April 1st 2017 ? How likely is this to happen ?
