EAD Renewal delayed and H1B Petition approved /I-94 as a Parolee should i get stamp

Hi All,

I am with the current employer my EAD is under renewal and getting delayed, i have my H1B petition approved with the current employer should i go for a stamping or i can use the petition to continue work with the current employer.
