Hello People,
My job got terminated abruptly on 29th December 2016 and that was my last day of employment. I have got a new offer and they are initiating the H1B transfer process. I wanted to know if its safe to stay in USA until my H1 transfer takes place or am I supposed to go back to my home county. My H1 is not been stamped yet. I also want ot check if I take advantage of the new 60 days grace period rule.
