H1B extension premium - 6 weeks, no RFE, no approval
Hi All,
I have filed my H1B extension in premium processing with Nebraska center. Website says, received application as of 12/13/2016. Then email which my lawyer received says application received on 12/09/2016.
Its been almost 6 weeks now and i have not heard anything from USCIS. i called them for status check but after machine read out the automated message and i got to a customer care, she denied to give any update to me saying i am the beneficiary and she can give updates only to petitioner. Has anyone faced this long delay in premium processing without RFE ? Any inputs will be helpful.
