My wife H4 is expiring in July 2017 and her visa stamping is valid until the same date, she wants to travel to India and come back end of May 2017. Is it safe to travel with only 1.5 months to expire. Also is it going to be wise to apply her H4 extension before she leaves USA or after she comes back. Please let me know asap, immediate attention is required. Also is it wise to travel during this uncertain time. Please advise.
