Indian, been on H1B since 2008 Oct and laid off on 1/27 by company A. I have i140 approved by previous employer B in 10/2014 using which I got H1B extension with company A in 07/2015 to 05/2018. I am attending weekend MBA and need to stay in USA till November.
I am looking for employment, but dont know
if I can apply for EAD card, and
what are the costs associated with it, and
what are its effect if I find a job within March 28(60 days),or after March 28(60 days)
