I797 Last Name Issue

hello,

I am on H4 visa and I have approved petition till 2019.In my I797 notice of approval I have my "Family Name" in place of my "Last Name" because I filled my "Family Name" in place of "Family Name"(Last Name) section in the petition.

In Passport:

First Name: AAA
Last Name: BBB

Family Name YYYY is in address line1.


In I797:

First Name: AAA
Last Name: ZZZ

I am going to travel in the first week of May and is this going to be an issue while visa stamping?

1) How can I fix the name on I797?

2) How long would it take for the correction process?
