H4 dependent traveling alone with kids
We all are planning for vacation in June 2017. I'm the primary applicant my wife and daughter are h4 and our son 1 yr of age US born.
I will be returning to US by end of June and my family will come back by the end of August. With respect to that I would like to clarify on the below.
1. When my dependents travelling alone (Returning from India) - Can I give my i797 soft copy and let them have their original i797(Will the officer at port of entry accept the soft copy)
2. What are the other documents they need to carry apart from i797
3. Since I will be coming first (I will carry my original i-797,LCA etc and soft copy of my dependents)
