H4 premium processing
Hi forum readers:
I have an H1B visa with employer A but employer A is closing the business soon, and employer B is filing a H-1B transfer for me in a week.
Two months ago, I already filed an H4 application (I-539) for my wife who is in F1 status, and it is still in progress.
From the internet I know that I-539 alone is not qualified for premium processing.
Is it possible in the H-1B transfer to write my wife as dependent and premium process it? Will it be a conflict with the previous application of H4?
The premium processing thing is a little confusing for me so thanks you all in advance!
