Travelling with Valid current H1 visa and extension filing in 2 week , Need suggestio

Hi,
I am travelling with my family next week and will be back by July 3rd. My H1 visa is expiring in September 2017 along with my wife H4. My company is filling H1 and H4 extension in next two week.
Question-
1) Can we travel ?
2) Will there be any effect on my new H1 B extension.
3) Should we file H1 extension after we come back
