Hi All,
My Name is BV Ramesh Babu. I am working in USA with H1B VISA. Below are few facts. Recently our Organization has been acquired by other Organization.
- My Green Card has been filed and I-140 has been approved before acquisition
- My H1B extension has been filed and approved before acquisition.
- I have filled DS-160 before acquisition.
- My wife's H4 is eligible for drop-box before acquisition.
Since the acquisition we will become employees of new Organization. And I am planning to go for VISA stamping around June-2017 by that time
- I will have 2 months pay stubs from new Organization.
- All relevant documentation from new Organization.
Now my questions are below
- Do we see any challenges in my VISA stamping process and what are the factors those can lead to rejection or Administrative process?
- Do I need to have any special documentation to mitigate risk of being H1B stamping get rejected?
- Do I need to fill DS-160 again and pay the VISA interview fee?
- Does my wife still eligible Drop box option or need to go for Interview?
Thanks and Regards,
BV Ramesh Babu
