H1B Amendment Extension
Hi Gurus,
I am on H1B with Employer A. My H1 Amendment has expired in April 2. My Employer has filed my H1 Amendment Extension by Premium Processing on March 25th. Meanwhile I have processed my H1 Transfer with another company on March 16th by Normal processing. I have got Receipt notice for both petitions. Now I want to work with my current employer but I am in confusing state as both are in processing same time and what are the impacts (Not sure if any of them or both gets denied or go to RFE) due to this. Appreciate your valuable advise.
