Hi All,
My H1B denied on 7 march 17 and i asked my employer re appeal the case with uscis. last date to re appeal case was 8 April 17. when i asked my employer about the case status , he told that he asked 4 weeks time to re appeal the case or submit the documents to USCIS.
Do uscis agree to extend the time? as I could see in many forums that we have to re appeal the case with in 30 days after getting denied notice.
Please some one help me .
