Hi, I came to USA in 2016 Jan with other client (case was approved before i start to USA), when i came to usa and i got other project and moved to Boston for that my employer applied for LCA and h1b amendment and after few months (before i get the final update on h1b amendement) my employer moved me to his other company and started GC process for this new transfer he applied for H1b transfer.
today when i checked the visa amendement status . its says 'Decision Notice Mailed'. when i talked to my employer he said thats fine pls refer to the visa transfer status which is 'Case Was Received' and do not worry . i'm little worried. will i be in to any issues.?
