I am currently on F1-OPT visa and have applied for my STEM extension (haven't yet received new EAD). I have also got selected in lottery for H1B. However I would like to change my job. Should I change only after receiving my new EAD card? Also will this affect my H1B? The company I have in mind to shift too can sponsor my H1b. will they be able to transfer the application in their name?
