H4 Extension
Please help me answering below Questions .....
1. Can the H4 Extension (I 539) be Processed by one Employer(A) , While the Decision is pending on H4 Extension With Another Employer (B) ?? Dose this will have any impact on one another? & maximum before how many days the H4 Extension can be Applied before I 94 Expires..??
2. How much time generally takes for H4 Extension(Normal / Premium) If H1b is already Approved, h4 extension was not filed when H1 B was filed...& the Dependent is in US.
