Ds-160 help needed for criminal information
Hi,
Could you please help me for below DS-160 criminal information question in my case?
Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty or other similar action?
Below is My Case/Sistuation
Actually I got ticket for "Super Speeder" in Apr 2015 and paid the fine in the court. But as per Gerogia state I need to pay the fine in the DMV as well for super speeder. My driverse license is in different address and I missed the mails which DMV sent due to incorrect address and it leads to my license suspension in Nov 2015.
Unfortunately I have arrested in June 2016 under "Driving on Suspended License - Super Speeder". The COP took me to jail and came out on bail and appeared on court date. Hired a lawyer and closed the case with pleaded guilty and also received certification copy from court.
Please suggest what i need to select in DS-160 Yes/No.
If Yes please suggest what I need to explain in DS-160.
