Hello I am in a rather strange case
I have left my employer last year on 07/15 and joined new employer , got H1B transferred to new employer and have also got H1B Extension Approved.
Now, when i check the H1B STatus with my prevois employer its showing as "Decision Notice Mailed"
complete text as below:
"On December 16, 2016, we denied your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EAC15ZZZ- YYYY X. We mailed you a decision notice that explains why we denied your case and your options. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your denial notice by December 31, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
AS i have already left the employer should i be worried about the the status of H1B receipt
I am actually concerned since i am going to stamping in India and i have to carry my H1B Notice with Previous employer.
Kindly advice.
