I wanted to know whether I can apply for new H1B petition for this year 2006, while having my 2005 H1B petition pending with the 221(g) form.
my consultant company could not get me a client letter which was requested in the 221(g).
what is the procedure to get my 2005 H1B petition close? and the duration it takes to close the case.
