hello,
recently i realized that my wife (H4) I94 is getting expired in another 4 days, but her petition(i797) is valid for another 6 months. When she arrived in US, based on her old Visa POE has given I94 expiry on the visa end date rather than petition end date.
Becuase i have very few days in hand i immediately filed i539 extension for her to USCIS and also have taken appointment from CBP officer. Now CBP officer has corrected the i94 date to match with petition validity but by that time i already filled the extension to USCIS also, means package has been delivered no recceipt number till now.
Now my question is how to withdraw the i539 extension from USCIS ? will there be any future impact based on this withdraw.
