Hi, My visa on passport is expiring in mid September and i have got approved extension for 3 years and also I140 approval. I have to travel for family emergency. In such case can i travel to India in June or July and come back before 1 month of passport visa expiry without going for stamping? What are the risks associated with it at port of entry and what additional documents i can carry to prevent it.
