Hi,
I had filed for the H1B extension on 04/06/2017 using the client letter from the current client. Meanwhile my project with current client is over on 07/07/2017.
Also I have received RFE seeking client letter for my H1B Extension on 06/26/2017.
Could you please let me know what are my next steps
1.Since my project is over, will i be able to use the current client letter and submit for the extension
2.My I94 is valid until 9/30/17.Can I continue to work until 9/30 even if there is a denial for H1B extension
3.Since I have 2.5 months for my Visa to expire, can i get the job with other client and submit a new H1B extension petition. If its possible, what should my employer do with the current H1B extension petition?
4.what other options do I/my employer have?
