H1B Renewal or Extension
Hi All,
I have my h1b petition valid till august 2018 and this is my first travel to USA (got stamped on feb 2016 and in USA from March 2016 to till date). My application filed on 2014 and it is valid from October 2015.
I am in a position to leave to India for family concern in September 2017. My question here is like if i am interested to come back to USA after some time, can i come back? if yes, what would be the procedure ?
