Hi I have valid h1b stamping on my passport with my old employer till August 19th 2017. With my new employer i have valid I 797 till August 2019. Now for some family reason i need to travel to India on 11th and need to come back on 15th . Is it ok if i come back to USA with a stamping on my passport with my Old employer till August 19th 2017.
