I delayed in getting the past employment experience letter for I140 filing and the PERM is expiring on 23rd of August.
Can I still file without the experience letter if I am unable to get it in time ?
What happens if I am not able file the I140 and the PERM expires ?
My 6th year was supposed to complete on 14th Feb 2018 including the vacation time recapture but I got the I797 extension approval till September 2018 probably based on the PERM filing.
