H1B Visa Transfer Query
Hello Friends,
I have a query on H1B amendment which I am struggling to find an answer :
I am employed with company A and an H1B was filed through the company.The H1B is stamped and valid for next 1 year.
I have recently got an offer from company B and they have filed for an amendment of the visa and it is still under processing.Now company A want to send me to US as they have got projects.
Can I travel to US with company A H1B visa even-though the company B visa is under processing.
