VO said visa will be issued? given 221(g) white slip, passport held. Confused!!!!

Thanks for providing useful information for H1B interview.
Done Biometric check on 30th. It was hardly 5 mins. everything went successfully
Today was the big one, H1B interview. Went through all pre-checks and was hoping for good.
VO: Hi, H r u ??
Me: Fine, how about you?
VO: Fine thank you, is this YYYY employer you are working for ?
Me: Yeah
VO: Which location is your employer or client located at?
Me: Answered well
VO: Is there any contract between current employer & client? (She tried to confuse me here, as there is no relation between two companies)
Me: No i'm working current company, Petitioner is new employer.
VO: Show me roles & responsibilities in detail?
Me: I gave them related documents
Finally, VO said Visa will be issued. It's just we need some more time for administrative processing and handed me 221(g) white slip, but VO took my passport.
VO said will respond via mail, please check your mail for further updates.
I'm confused now, is it issued or rejected or what's the status it is in? how long will it take now.
what are the chances that it will be issued..... can someone tell me or guide me in this scenario
