It's about my H4 EAD extension. I don't want to have a break at my current job.
My husband is on H1-B visa expiring on Jan 2018, so is my H4 and H4 EAD. We got our H1 and H4 extension filed from his current employer but not my EAD. Now we are waiting for his extension to get approved so that I can apply for my EAD. We are hoping that the H1 extension will come towards end of Sep 2018. Meanwhile my husband has another offer in hand and the new employer is willing to apply for his H1, my H4 and H4 EAD all together. My question is:
1. What should I do? Let the new employer file my EAD and also file another one with the current employer? Is it possible at all (filing two EADs at a time)? Which one will come faster?
2. Is there any other way to get it faster? Your suggestions?
