H1B expired and the renewal was filed two month after that date.
Hi
My H1B visa expired in July and my lawyer filed my renewal just a few days ago. We did get last month the approval from Department of Labor until 2020. How long would it take to get a receipt number and an answer? Is it ok if we didn't filed it befor the expiration date (My lawyer wasn't in the country).
