H4 status change and EAD application
Good morning,
I am currently on F-1 (OPT) status, and My wife is waiting for her I-140 approval. Once it is approved, could I apply for F1 to H4 status transfer and H4 EAD card at the same time? If so, how long will each take? If not, what is the shortest time I could get the H4 EAD. My OPT EAD expires on 7/15/18 and my wife's I-140 will be most likely granted in March 2018. Do I have enough time?
