Travelling in F1 OPT STEM and re-entering in F1 while H1B is still processing
All,
1) I have valid F1 OPT STEM until July 2018.
2) I received H1B RFE, my employer is yet to answer my RFE and it will be under processing(REGULAR PROCESSING)
3) I have to travel to India in Nov for my marriage(period).
4) Can I Re-enter in F1 OPT STEM while H1B is still processing ? I have valid OPT EAD Card, F1 Visa and passport.
If not what are my other options?
