Urgent !!! H1b Transfer denied how much time I have to leave the country.
URGENT!!
I came to USA on F1 worked for an year on OPT and got H1b approved. But Employer (A) revoked it as i didnot had a job.
I joined employer B he initiated transfer for me stating he has a client. he cheated me he didnot had a client . -- (petition 1)
I got a job so employer withdrawn the transfer (petition 1)based on his so called client.
As i was on a project , he again raised a transfer for me based on original client. (petition 2). We got rfe and employer replied to rfe. but transfer got declined.
1)how much time I have to leave USA.
2) Can I goto school again? I did not apply yet for change of status.
3) Am I out of status.
