H4 extension applied previous company after my husband H1 is transferred to new comp
In month of August-2017 my H4 extension applied along with my husband H1 Amendment by previous employer. I have received H4 receipt copy. current online status is "Received".
Later in September month my husband moved to another company and applied for visa transfer alone (not submitted H4 documents). Now my husband and Mien I-94 are expiring in Jan-2018.
Question: Since previous employer has applied for H4 extension, should i need to submit new set application for H4 extension?
