Hi,
I have changed my visa status from F1 to H4 in US last month. Now I'm going to India for stamping. While filling the visa appointment form, they're asking if I have a previous H4 visa. I had a previous H4 visa from which I had changed to F1 in 2015 and the H4 visa was 'cancelled without prejudice'. So, what should I say?
If I say 'yes', they're asking -
Was your prior H4 visa (spouse/child of a temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee applicant) annotated “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”?
Please let me know what should be answers to these questions.
