Traveling from India through Paris CDG TRANSIT to India

Hey Guys

I am traveling from US to India via Paris to get my H1B visa stamping. My current passport is a new passport without any visa as my previous passport was stolen. The F1 visa on my previous passport is valid till next year. I have copies of my previous passport along with the police report and other documents. Would this be a problem ? And of course I have all required documents for my H1B like approval notice etc.
