I m planning to go for H1B stammping to Canada, I m have i797 good till July 2018 also I have chances of geting into full time with my client who is willing to sponser my H1B, but I am not sure.
My Question is...
What if I get my H1B stamping done with my current i797 and then take a full time offer with another employer/ Client?
Can i use my H1B stamping with my current employer to fly back home India and come back after opting full time, since my visa is valid till july next year.
Assuming: I will request my current employer not to cancel my H1B, if so happens.
