Hello,
My wife's H4 EAD expired on Nov 2017 and I am planning to apply for a renewal. The current situation is -
1. My wife is in India, but before she left to India she has signed all the paper work and it all available with me.
2. She has some commitments in India and will not be able to return until end of Feb 2018
The question is, will I be able to apply for renewal when my wife is India ? I have all the necessary documents to support the file except I am not sure if she has to be present in US physically while the case status is pending. Any advice or help is much appreciated.
