Help with H1B RFE and premimum processing
I Sent required documents to USCIS requested in RFE, like client letter and other supporting documents. My contract got ended after 2 weeks of submitting all the documents to USCIS. Does USCIS do client verification on every RFE case? , because i am not currently working at the client location and my case is under processing ,USCIS has client letter that i submitted. Its been more than 50 days. Can someone please suggest , is it good to do premium processing and what are the chances of getting case approved?
