Risk associated with doing H1Transfer as H1 Amendt & Extension is already in progress

I have traveled to USA on DEC end on a H1-B visa and started working for my employer A from Dec 26th. My petition is expiring on June,2018. My employer A has filed my H1B amendment & Extension to move to a new location to work for same client as per my petition. Currently i have only one month pay slip with me. Now what is the probability if i apply for job and file for my H1-B transfer by next month after i get my second month pay slip. As my current H1 Extension & amendment filed by employer A and H1 Transfer filled by my Employer B will be processing at a same time. I would like to know is there any risk associated with this ?
