New LCA rejection consequences?
Hi,
I am currently working on H1B visa for a software company in role A and recently got visa extension approved till Aug-2019.
My company wanted to promote me and file new LCA with higher role B with some additional responsibilities + few extra bucks. Location & client remain same.
I have few questions. Appreciate the answers..
1. Do my company need to file new LCA or visa amendment as well?
2. Is there any changes LCA gets rejected?
3. If LCA is rejected, then my current Visa with role A will be valid right and I will continue to working in my existing role till Aug-2019? or my current visa gets invalidated?
