My wife is on H4-EAD and her employer is planning to apply for H1B this year. (My H1B and her H4 visa is valid until Jan 2019). This is the first time she would be applying for H1
1) If she gets approved for H1, since she is working on H4-EAD, when will the H1B kick in?
2) Whether she gets approved for H1 or not, is it okay to travel to India and back in June '18? Can she enter US back on H4 and continue to work even if her H1 is approved (but not stamped)?
3) If I change my job and get my H1B transfer, would her H4 transfer automatically even when her H1B application is in process? Would there be any disruption with her not being able to continue to work on H4 because I changed employer and she has H1B petition pending?
