H1b Amendment Approved but Extension of Status Denied

Hello group members,

My employer filed amendment for new client which got approved but extension of stay is denied dated 10 Jan 2018(got i797B without i94). I have visa approved till Sep 2018(same employer as part of first petition.). The reason for denial mentioned is, (petition has been approved for the classification requested.it has been determined that the named worker is not eligible for the requested extension of status.)

Please suggest me what to do in this situation

Note: There is no change of employer here. My current i-94 shows 'Admit till 2 Sep 2018'. Please advice.
