I have a question! I have requested a H1B transfer. Upon submitting documents to USCIS I has written the following message.
"On January 18, 2018, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until July 17, 2018. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by July 17, 2018, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, with fee. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. "
Note: Document as submitted on Dec 25th 2017 and response was received on Jan 18th under general quota
The receipt that USCIS posted to my client location has been returned back to USCIS. But one of the receipt has been successfully received by my attorney.
Can anyone know this status actually means. Please help how to proceed.
Thanks
Mahesh
