H4 Visa Interview application, on H1B amendment or H1B

Hi All,
I am trying to schedule a visa interview for my wife for H4.
I got my h1b from 09/30/2016 to 09/29/2019 and receipt number is LIN ****

recently changed the project in may 2017.filed for an amendment.
Recieved a notice with a reciept number EAC***.
Which is different from original 1797 reciept number.

Now both DS160 and visa interview schedule asking for principal applicant petition number.
Would it be from original H1B LIN** or amendment notice number EAC***.

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
