Need clarifications on H1B transfer to new employer
Hi,
I have my valid H1B petition and Visa till Sep'2018. And I have traveled to USA on 20th Mar'2016 and worked for 7 months then back to India on 31st Oct'2016.
My employer was requested revocation of my petition to USCIS and its been approved by USCIS.
Now currently I am working in one of the reputated MNC company in India and would like to initiate H1b visa to work in USA.
So, my question is will I be eligible for H1 transfer to new employer even though my petition is revoked ?
If it is eligible what are all the supporting documents do I need to submit ?
Note : I lost my payslips of my previous employer which I worked in USA for 7 months and don't get w2 form as I am staying in India and don't have contact with previous employer.
Please help me what I can do for smooth processing of H1B transfer without any queries related to previous employer.
