Hi All- Am on H1 currently. I have done 3 years full-time Mechanical engineering diploma and a PGDBM course (distance learning equivalant to MBA as they say in India). When my H1 was filed by my employer- they submitted both of these professional qualifications. My question now is- Would it be fine to file under EB-1C category since I have tons of experience (~20 years all in all)- Am into a Manager role for a lon time (in India and now in US as well). Moreover- what I saw on the USCIS portal- is that it Doesn't talk anything specially about the employee's qualification segment. So my question was to vet this requirement (my own qualification) as well up front. My employer would try to file GC under EB1. And if that doesn't work for some reason- Can/ Should I file in EB2/ EB3 or not? Kindly pls suggest.
